Well bummer. All three of us tested positive this morning after Jonathan had symptoms since the weekend. Unfortunately, that means we need to close until next Tuesday, June 7. We will regularly check phone messages or you may contact us by email if you have urgent needs.

It is with no small amount of regret that we are canceling what we hoped, and announced, would be our return to Saturday Coffees in three days. Milwaukee County is now at the highest of four categories in terms of disease spread. We don’t feel it is responsible to host a roomful of our friends for socializing at this time. We hope to see you again for coffee before too long. And we are still open for normal business.

Ultra Fidelis will be closed until Tuesday January 5th due to staff members being exposed, in the customer’s home this past Saturday afternoon, not in Ultra Fidelis, to a person who has tested positive to COVID-19. The staff members had taken all necessary precautions including wearing surgical masks and practicing social distancing; however the customer was not wearing a mask. This day will mark the last time we will enter any home with unmasked people present. And until we can be sure that all staff are not carrying the virus, we feel the only responsible option is to remain closed. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to see you soon.

Temporary Store Hours:
Tuesday-Friday 11:00am-5:00pm
Saturday 10:00am-5:00pm
We will be happy to meet with you outside of these hours with prior notice.

In compliance with recommended guidelines, we are wearing masks and ask that you do, too.
In order to better serve you, we also ask that, when possible, you schedule you visits before arriving.
