Mighty Hecate, Keeper of the Crossroads,
Guardian of thresholds seen and unseen,
I call upon You in this sacred moment,
To stand beside me as I set my boundaries firm.

Hecate wants me to talk about healthy boundaries and LETTING GO!

There are people we now need to have boundaries with for our OWN growth and healing. They are feeling victimized because we’ve finally cut them off…..and she doesn’t want you to feel shame or guilt for letting them go.

It’s very unfortunate when people try to force their energies onto others- they willingly and/or Unwillingly try to manipulate our space.

Here’s the thing- it’s ok to lay down these boundaries she said. How many red flags does the universe have to give you until you realize certain people are not good to be around.

Your “time” is not only yours to give “freely” but aren’t you worth your time and energy? She wants you to stay strong and keep working on yourself.

She wanted me to say also it’s very irresponsible to want someone else’s energy and attention. Leave people alone.

It is absolutely ok to have healthy boundaries and not overshare anymore. Other people have to realize they are supposed to do their own work, whatever that means to each of us individually.

Healing is hard but constantly worrying what someone else is doing or saying - not cool.

A bully CANNOT be a victim.

Hecate is a force protector of women, especially women and children. She wants to protect you - once you start carrying a power object around for a specific intent it becomes an amulet. Once created - it becomes an independent force, so own your authority and wear your badge of honor loud and proud.

April New Beginnings Spell 🔮

Best Time: First day of April, sunrise or sunset (symbolizing renewal)
Items Needed:
• A white candle (purity and fresh starts)
• A small potted plant or seeds (growth and new energy)
• A bowl of water (cleansing)
• A piece of paper and a pen

Steps:
1. Set Your Space – Find a quiet spot where you won’t be disturbed. Light the candle and place the bowl of water in front of you.
2. Focus on Intent – Close your eyes, take deep breaths, and visualize what you want to invite into your life (new opportunities, love, success, clarity, etc.).
3. Write It Down – On the piece of paper, write a short affirmation or wish, such as:
“I welcome new beginnings with an open heart and clear mind.”
4. Water Blessing – Dip your fingers into the bowl of water and sprinkle a few drops on your plant or seeds while saying:
“As this grows, so do I. New beginnings take root and flourish.”
5. Burn or Bury – If safe, burn the paper in the candle flame and let the ashes scatter in the wind, or bury it in the soil of your plant for long-term manifestation.
6. Close the Spell – S***f out the candle, thanking the elements for their presence. Care for your plant as a reminder of your new beginnings.

Have you made sure to close all the doors that hinder your power? Have you overstayed your welcome or has someoneoverstayed theirs?

Release any guilt or shame you have been taught to believe that you hold on to out of associated need. You need nothing in life to make you happy, for that is something that arrives when you see that all things come and go.

To appreciate Endings and Beginnings - allows for the Heart to expand into the experience and hold memories closer with wisdom and gratitude.

It’s time for closure.

You may feel obligated to stay, hoping things will get better or out of a sense of loyalty – stop hesitating in the shadows and withdrawal
-live in the future, and stop trying to create the past -trust your instincts on this one and embrace the lesson, for all shall be well as this door closes.

A window of light will open up to brighter experiences - say farewell to NEGATIVITY, control, and disempowerment as you finally make a determined effort to LET GO…..

The fear that humanity holds about death shows up in many areas, often to our own detriment. We cling tightly to relationships and people who are supposed to walk out of our lives months or years ago.

This is a time, in magical and unexpected ways, things come to the light. We just had Ostara and a New Moon, so the energy is empowered with New Beginnings. The Eclipse represents endings, change and revelations.

Did you know you can offer sweets and pastries to the fae if you work with them. Leave out a cup of milk or clean cool water on your alter along with something sweet such as honey buns, fruit, biscuits, cookies and cake. They loooove sweet treats!!

Put them out at dusk, dawn, twilight or evening. You can leave them the treats in your garden or in nature. I will leave a piece on my fairy alter tonight. They also enjoy pottery, flowers, beads, crystals, pretty stones, confetti, strings, leaves and coins. I work with the Celtic, Welsh and Scottish Fae but I’m sure they are other pantheons you can consider.

Aine is the Queen of the fairies - brightness, glow, joy, radiance, glory. She is associated with midsummer.

Call in the sun with gratitude each morning and give thanks for its warmth energy - it controls the seasons and its healing. The sun is charging and ever expanding- leading us into this new season of Spring.

The Spring is finally here and yesterday, Mother Hecate reminded me that finding love, joy and beauty in this crazy world, in despite of all the adversity and chaos, is very courageous…

She wanted me to say yes, life is unpredictable and scarey at times, and Hardships may come more now than ever before but challenges require courage and resilience. Love is a battle to survive!

Sometimes, we have to shift our perspectives when these challenges arise as opportunities for growth, change, transformation and gives us a deeper meaning of life.

Think about when Goddess Peresphone had to live partially in the underworld and come back to bring us Spring. It’s not always sugar and spice but we use the darkness to honor our light.

I try to have so much more gratitude for everything around me. Turning hatred into love is a super power. I learned a long time ago that giving hate to hate won’t help- but giving yourself the gift of love - to survive, to live on, to live your best life is,in fact, the key she told me. Be your own key 🔑

Shifting your perspective can change everything. Use it as a chance to learn. Someone hurt you - now you know what not to attract. You lost a job - it’s a new opportunity for a better one. Someone backstabbed you - well you now have learned boundaries. Focus on the small things. Find beauty in the unknown and don’t discount the lessons in everything.

Allow yourself to find a purpose and it’s meaning during the difficult times and understand life is full of ups and downs and never give up on yourself. Choose joy - choose you - choose what makes you happy - learn from the setbacks and move forward.

It makes us stronger and makes us warriors. Never let anyone take advantage of your kindness as they may think it’s a weakness and never let anyone make you not feel worthy of being happy.

Remember, sometimes people LOVE to make backhanded remarks to us - but it’s only because they refuse to do their own healing. Do your healing and let their guides help them with theirs.
