Signs of springs! The days are getting longer and the warmer weather will be here before we know it. We have been restocking after the holidays. These super cute succulent candles look like little terrariums. We also received a new shipment of Mara mugs and a new shipment of jewelry including various hearts for Valentine’s Day.

Simple but elegant framing of this embroidered piece from Vietnam. The black metal frame keeps your eyes on the art but the shimmery rice paper mat and museum glass make it pop!

Just sent this awesome piece home today. Our customer with the black light Lord of the Rings frame liked it so much he brought in another. I love it when a frame looks like it was made for a specific piece of art.

I love a challenging framing project, especially when it’s something I’ve never done before. Customer brought this Lord of the Rings metal poster to us and explained that parts of it react to UV light and would like us to incorporate that into the framing. This frame was perfect for it but not deep enough. I had to get creative and build on to the back of the frame to fit the liner and LED light strips inside. So happy with how it turned out!

Another one for Rantoul High School. During the recent renovations a felt pennant dating back to 1916 was found! We included a photo of the school house that was destroyed by fire in 1919. Since it’s one of a kind, I wanted to make it a little ornate so it has a double suede mat which is keeping the glass off of the pennant and a gold fillet on the lip of the frame to help it match the class photos from July.
