I was introduced to the Camp Chef Side Kick (to the right of the smoker where the shelf used to be) at a show a few weeks ago and had to try it… I love it. The sear on the steak is fantastic and so easy. It heats up quickly and get to 700+ in minutes. I’m excited to see what else this thing will do.

Simple cast Iron Cleanup with Lodge Chainmail Scrubbing Pad. Simply use water, scrub out the pan, rinse, dry and rub a little oil back on he surface to keep it well seasoned.

Used the Lodge 12” deep frying pan to make breakfast this morning. Wanted the deep to keep grease spatter down which it did tremendously. Note the little spatter on he chrome - not nearly as bad as with the regular pan. Silicon hot handles sure made picking up and transfer easy!
