We have bugs! (the good kind 🐞)

We just got in a shipment of ladybugs, praying mantis, and beneficial nematodes! These little crawlers are the most natural way to combat whatever is eating your garden 😎

Why choose beneficial insects over spraying a pesticide? Over-spraying pesticides can lead to resistance in your local pest population, meaning that each time your spray it will be less effective. Additionally, beneficial bugs are non-toxic to you, your kids, your pets, non-target organisms, and your plants. Adding insects into your environment also helps maintain biodiversity, which creates a more resilient and healthy environment. Plus, they're fun, and you can't convince me otherwise 🤷‍♀️

🌹The roses are ready!🌹

We've been busy all week moving out some of the most beautiful roses that I've ever seen! We have climbing roses, hybrid roses, compact roses, multicolor roses, you name it! Even if you don't want a rose for yourself, it's worth making a trip out to see this incredible display while they're in bloom 💕

If you stop by and aren't seeing your favorite variety, make sure to let an associate know and we'd be happy to check our back greenhouses for you!

We just unboxed a few new shipments and we have tons of cool stuff that we haven't carried in the past! We have Platycerium suberbum, Philodendron florida ghost AND snowdrift, an incredible selection of colorful Neoregelia, Monstera thai constellations, carnivorous plants, orchids, ferns, and more! Plus, our first round of hydrangeas are out and they're looking beautiful 🥰

Our tropical team has been hard at work all week unboxing and propagating tons of cool succulents! The living stones are my favorite 🥰 We do keep some of our more sensitive succulents in the tropical greenhouses for the winter, but these can all be grown outside with the proper care 😎
