New models from PRS for 2025! Meet the Swamp Ash Special and the Standard 24 Satin - exciting additions to the PRS Bolt-on and Core lines.

The PRS Standard harkens back to Paul Reed Smith’s pre-factory all-mahogany guitars. Its all-mahogany construction promotes a warm, full, midrange-forward tone, and its “sinky” satin nitro finish brings a stripped-down look and roadworthy feel to the instrument. Under the hood, the PRS Standard 24 is outfitted with the brand new PRS DMO pickups, which have a “wide open” sound with vocal character, meaning they deliver clear, pleasant-sounding tones across a wide range of frequencies (bass to treble) in each pickup.

The PRS Swamp Ash Special brings a unique look and sound to the PRS Bolt-On line up. Its swamp ash body is equipped with a versatile hum/“single”/hum pickup configuration. Additional specifications for the Swamp Ash Special include a 22-fret 25” scale length maple neck, rosewood fretboard, Phase III locking tuners with unplated brass shafts, and the PRS Gen III patented tremolo.
