und on our website. PAYMENT: Visa, Mastercard, and Amex are accepted. Currently, payments are processed through Intuit merchant services on the website shopping cart. In the future we will add other methods of payment such as Google Wallet and Amazon checkout. RETURN POLICY: New items are returnable within 14 days as long as all pieces are included and they are in the original packaging. Used items are not returnable. Everything we sell is thoroughly inspected before posting the description and all flaws will be included in the description so you know what to expect when purchasing an item. SHIPPING: The shipping costs are based on weight of the item + packaging and the distance the package needs to go, you pay exactly what I pay when I ship through USPS, not one cent more. A tracking number is included with ALL purchases. High price items ($80+) have insurance included FREE OF CHARGE; the business will cover that expense. LOCAL PICKUP: If you are a local buyer, in NYC/LI, and willing to pick up the item at my location or a flea market this can be arranged. BOOKS are shipped media mail which arrives anywhere from 3-10 business days. OTHER ITEMS are shipped priority mail or first class mail and generally arrive in 2-5 business days. When applicable I ship packages in flat rate boxes because it does not matter the weight. If you are located in Queens or NYC/LI and are willing to come to Queens to pick up your item you can choose the "local pickup" option. If you buy more then one item I will combine them in one box and offer a refund for the difference in shipping cost, if there is one. To help the environment and keep shipping costs down, we use a lot of recycled materials including; newspaper or scrap paper as cushion in the box, and packaging in miscellaneous boxes that we have received items in. Packing slips may often times be printed on recycled paper (nothing that has anyone's personal information on, EVER)
