This Saturday, our buddy and very funny comedian, Brian Enck, is recording a comedy album at The McCarthy Mercantile! We’re very excited to share that a few of our tracks from our album On Fire will be featured at the show and on the album. Two opportunities to come check out the show at 7 or 9 pm this Saturday, this is going to be a great time and proceeds will be going to organzations that support LGBTQ+ youths. Thanks for a successful monthly meeting this past Tuesday! We discussed ideas in breakout groups for social events to help build community and have fun, which are especially important goals given the times we’re in. Stay tuned and follow our calendar to stay up to date as we plan events based on your ideas. We also discussed mutual aid and repair cafe events.

Beyond this, we have some upcoming events, also available at syracuseurbanism.org/calendar:

Tonight at 6pm is a meeting of the SWAG Bike Fest and Membership Card Team at Salt City Market.

On Sunday March 7, the Public Policy Team is meeting at Salt City Market at 2pm

On Saturday March 15, we’re participating in the St. Patrick’s Parade in partnership with the Creekrats. Please let us know if you’d like to participate.
