The heck with spring cleaning! Haha! There are birds to be watched!
It's hard to stay focused when you've got birds on the brain! 🤣
Did you know March is one of the most challenging months for birds? With natural food supplies at their lowest, insects still scarce, and unpredictable weather, our feathered friends could use a helping hand!
🌟 Offer high-energy foods like suet and peanuts to give birds the boost they need to survive and thrive. Don’t forget protein-packed mealworms—they’re a lifesaver during cold snaps!

It's Groundhog Day and while Punxsutawney Phil may steal the spotlight, real groundhogs (also known as woodchucks) are fascinating creatures! Here are a few fun facts about these cool creatures:
🌞 Hibernation Experts: Groundhogs are true hibernators! They spend winter in their underground burrows, slowing their heart rate from 80 to just 5 beats per minute and dropping their body temperature to conserve energy.
🌱 Nature’s Gardeners: As herbivores, groundhogs munch on grasses, plants, and even garden veggies, helping spread seeds and maintain ecosystems.
🏠 Burrow Builders: Their burrows are engineering marvels, often reaching up to 30 feet long with multiple chambers and exits!
🛠️ Dental Dynamo: A groundhog’s teeth grow about 1/16 inch per week but are worn down by constant chewing—perfect for gnawing on tough roots.
Groundhogs are not only weather-predicting legends but also essential members of our natural world. 🦫🌿

Sorry, don't mean to be annoying but I literally LOVE feeding the birds. Can't help myself! 😂
Oh he's coming for the nom nom's for sure! 😂
We LOVE our pole system because it has the ability to hold several feeders and be protected by the raccoon baffle which will also keep out squirrels, opossums, mice, and other unwanted critters!
Raise your hand 🤚 in the comments if you actually find squirrels pretty entertaining!
