is kicking off our 3 day ***os Weekend at the Historic Market Square!!!
First we have Roger Velasquez and The Latin Legendz performing from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm on the Plaza Stage or for children's activities head over to San Saba for a workshop starting at 6 pm and a screening of "Book of Life" at 8:30 pm both sponsored by La Familia Cortez Restaurants.
The original El Mercado Association at Market Square, San Antonio Farmers Market Plaza Association, Mi Tierra Cafe & Bakery, Yolix Luna, and El Merkadito have put the final touches on the altars sprinkled throughout Market Square....come on out to this free family friendly event!
The shops of El Mercado and Farmer's Market are open from 10 am to 6 pm.

Saturday - 6:45 pm - Urban 15
Sunday - 1:30 pm - Community Procession
It has been a busy weekend at The Historic Market Square in preparations for the our Dia De Los Mu***os taking place next weekend starting Friday, Nov 1 with Roger Velasquez starting at 5:30 pm and a movie screening of Book of Life starting at 8:30 pm.
Centro de Artes had their Dia De Los Mu***os art gallery opening this past week and are open 11 am to 6 pm daily.
The marigolds are strung on the papal picado and the altars/ofrendas have been set through out Market Square as well as a variety of "photo op" locations.
This evening we will have a sneak peek of the Market Square and Urban 15 procession....this is our first meeting and full walk through celebrating URBAN-15 GROUP return to Market Square; the official procession is Saturday, Nov 2 at 6:45 pm.
There will be a Community Procession on Sunday, Nov. 3 at 1:30 pm; stay tuned for additional details.

The plaza will be rocking until 9 pm tonight and the shops are opened 10 am to 6 pm daily.
