these hitchhiked home with me from an estate sale and now I’M having a hard time throwing them out, just like the lady who boarded them since 1976. Such awfully cute glass jars and one says “night of Olay” oooooh La La! I wonder what goes on during a night of Olay? Alright I’m counting to five and throwing these in the trash 😩 cuz my knick knack shelf is overflowing.

it’s a giant lazy susan snack server! I keep buying these whenever I see them and have yet to sell one, so now my dining room table is a lazy susan museum. That’s okay though I like them. It looks like the glaze has come off the lid of this amazing set. Anyone know if there’s a way to sort of reglaze it? Or in some other way, make it shiny like the rest of the pieces?

Mid Century Lazy Susan Museum

I brought this home from the booth for more testing. it’s a CORDLESS electric knife from… December 17th, 1966. Unfortunately the warranty ran out in 1971, but it still works and I think this lil appliance must have been ahead of it’s time I mean did they have many cordless things in 1966? Listen to that engine purr. Listen to the satisfying click when it clicks into its charging tray. Find me any modern handheld appliance with a satisfying click like that. You can’t!

Another cool item that needs some TLC. Will be listing once I figure out a fair price. DM if interested.

Now here is a beautiful and functional item. It works, but it needs a complete overhaul to be put to use safely in your kitchen. maybe the bowl is uranium glass? Can be used on its stand or as a hand mixer too! I’ve just listed it on eBay starting at $75. Will drop the price next week if it doesn’t go. Weighs almost 15 pounds. that thing in the bowl is one of its original rubber feet that is squashed. I forgot it was in there when I started recording the video. So just ignore it :-)
