During a recent home remodel, we discovered the original builder didn’t frame and support the joists correctly, leaving them 2” off in elevation. Our solution? We cut the joists, added double LVLs to each wall, and reattached the joists. The result? A perfectly level framework, ready for flooring! We recently installed 2500sf of this beautiful 5" wide Brazilian Teak flooring and finished with a high-gloss water based finish for our Hixson customer. Brazilian Teak is a high-density wood making it very strong and resistant to dents and scratches. Its rich color and variations make for a uniquely beautiful and timeless floor.

We recently updated a local Soddy Daisy church from their broken and worn VCTs to this easily manageable commercial LVP. We also updated their stairs with a durable rubber tread with radial gripping for an additional safety feature.
