Shipping times in Canada: 5-7 business days for Eastern provinces, 1-3 for Western. We've just updated our payment processor for all cards on the website- we hope that in the near term this will let us bring a card reader into the warehouse so we can accept standard debit cards in person!

Shipping announcement: It's been a long while coming as we've held it off as far as we could, but our shipping policies are changing.

Effective today, our $12 flat rate is now eligible to orders of $75 or more (before taxes and discounts). This change should only affect a small proportion of the orders, but it's become impossible to ship smaller orders very far for this price.

No other changes are anticipated, so those of you enjoying free shipping shouldn't notice any difference!

You can browse and order; either on your mobile device or we can key it in manually (as all orders must go through the online shop), and providing it isn't a very busy day we can cut your order straight away. If we have a large backlog we ask that you add your order to the queue, and we’ll let you know once it's been finished.
